Executive Director

Lilly Villanueva

I always knew that I wanted to work with animals. As a child, I played “cats and dogs” and pretended I was a veterinarian. As my career advanced, I realized it was time to find a way to make a difference in the lives of animals. Once I joined MAH, I knew that I had found the right spot. As Executive Director of MAHE, I am privileged to lead such a strong team that always puts our patients and clients first. My favorite part of working here is being able to build real relationships with people. I want our owners to know that their input and individual needs matter to me. I have 2 cats, Archie and Raider, at home that mean the world to me.

Our Technicians

Cindy, Lead Technician

I have worked in the veterinary field for 22 years and have been with MAH for 17 of them. I head up our technician team, making sure we give 100% to our patients and clients. I am surrounded by compassionate people who love what we do for your furry loved ones and for our community. I enjoy coming to work everyday and making a difference.

Brandy, RVT

I have been in the veterinary field for more than 9 years. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, I am able to take on some challenging tasks and better support our doctors. My baby chiweenie, Shanaynay, is my world. I also love naps and flaming hot Cheetos.

Born and raised in Southern California, I graduated from UCLA and decided to pursue a career in the veterinary field. I love being a part of such a compassionate and hard-working team that honors and cares for pets. The team at MAH understands the bond that clients share with their pets. I have two pups of my own at home – Luna and Copernicus.

Born and raised in San Diego, I have always had a passion for animals. I have 3 little dogs myself – Little Ann, Cocoa, and Ema. I enjoy caring for all animals as though they were my own.

Growing up in a household full of dogs, I realized my passion at a young age. I always knew that I wanted to work in the veterinary field. After completing my externship at MAHE (PIMA, Veterinary Assistant Program), I was hired on to work with our amazing team of doctors and staff. Mohnacky Animal Hospitals has helped me achieve my passion and further my education.

Being part of the Mohnacky team is both inspiring and fulfilling. I love having the opportunity to work with clients and their animals, helping give them the most comfortable and positive experience. I grew up around animals so being able to come to work every day and help them feel better is the best part of my day! By having a Corgi dog of my own (Tootsie), I understand the importance of being able to take your loved one to a facility that you trust! I am so happy to be a part of such an awesome family!

Working at MAHE has been a life-changing experience- I love working with our clients and establishing new relationships. I strive to help clients choose the best care for their pets. As a dog owner, I truly enjoy providing love to each and every pet that walks through the door. Being part of this wonderful team that embraces my passion makes each day event more enjoyable.

Working at MAHE is truly a blessing! I have worked with animals my entire life – I am a pawrent of two hamsters and two doggos – a Rott and a Lab. Everyone is so kind – I enjoy this community!

I recently moved here from the high desert. I have always had a passion for animals – as a child I would try to save every injured or sick creature. I knew from the moment I walked into MAHE that I wanted to be part of this team. It is a joy to aid in the care of our patients. Our clients are our extended family – I love that. When I am not at work I spend my time loving on my furbabies- cats, dogs, horses and singing with my little feathered friend. I hope to continue my education and become an RVT.
