Executive Director

Lilly Villanueva

I always knew that I wanted to work with animals. As a child, I played “cats and dogs” and pretended I was a veterinarian. As my career advanced, I realized it was time to find a way to make a difference in the lives of animals. Once I joined MAH, I knew that I had found the right spot. As Executive Director of MAHE, I am privileged to lead such a strong team that always puts our patients and clients first. My favorite part of working here is being able to build real relationships with people. I want our owners to know that their input and individual needs matter to me. I have 2 cats, Archie and Raider, at home that mean the world to me.

Our Technicians

Cindy, Lead Technician

I have worked in the veterinary field for 22 years and have been with MAH for 17 of them. I head up our technician team, making sure we give 100% to our patients and clients. I am surrounded by compassionate people who love what we do for your furry loved ones and for our community. I enjoy coming to work everyday and making a difference.

Brandy, RVT

I have been in the veterinary field for more than 9 years. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, I am able to take on some challenging tasks and better support our doctors. My baby chiweenie, Shanaynay, is my world. I also love naps and flaming hot Cheetos.

Born and raised in Southern California, I graduated from UCLA and decided to pursue a career in the veterinary field. I love being a part of such a compassionate and hard-working team that honors and cares for pets. The team at MAH understands the bond that clients share with their pets. I have two pups of my own at home – Luna and Copernicus.

Born and raised in San Diego, I have always had a passion for animals. I have 3 little dogs myself – Little Ann, Cocoa, and Ema. I enjoy caring for all animals as though they were my own.

Our Exam Room Advocates

I truly enjoy working with animals and walking pet owners through the steps of proper healthcare. This job is never boring! There is always something new and exciting to learn. As the lead Exam Room Advocate, I strive to ensure a superior experience in the exam room every time you come in.

My entire career has consisted of caring for animals. As an ERA, I am able to assist the doctor in educating clients on how to provide the best possible care for their fur babies. And although it may be difficult at times, I am also there to provide comfort to clients during some of their hardest days with their pets.

Our Customer Service Representatives

I love being able to work with animals on a daily basis. I have 2 kitties and a wonderful black lab of my own. As the Lead Customer Service Representative, I strive to provide clients with the best experience possible when they visit. I am committed to Continuing Education so I can help clients safely and properly care for their pets. I am in school to be an Ultrasound Technician and hope to work with animals once certified.

Working at Mohnacky is the best. I love having a workplace where everyone treats you like family. Getting to love and hug the patients is the best part of the job. I enjoy getting to know our clients and making them feel like they are a part of our Mohnacky family.

I was a client before joining the MAH team. Everyone was so outgoing and friendly that I knew I wanted to work here. I love working with animals and have a Husky of my own!

I have worked with animals for more than 20 years. I truly enjoy working as a Customer Service Representative and interacting with clients and their pets. I am passionate about providing excellent client care and ensuring our clients keep coming back.
